Abstract :
A channel estimation technique for a short-range Bluetooth system is presented. Each Bluetooth device in the connection state knows the access codes used in the ad-hoc networks, which is utilised for the channel compensation. The proposed channel estimator can be implemented without degrading the frame and spectral efficiency by using the access code specified for the Bluetooth system
