Abstract :
The particularity of the development of small and medium-sized enterprise of science and technology, and the complexity of the factors that lead to the difficulties of screening of growth mechanism. Therefore, from the perspective of bionics, this paper takes 117 small and medium sized technology companies as samples, raised the related growth mechanism and analyzed empirical elements of its role and impact on the growth of the business. Studies have shown that: the growth of small and medium sized technology companies, including endogenous and exogenous mechanisms of 13 key elements, and each element has a significant positive effect on enterprises growth which proved the previous conclusion.
