  • Abstract
    To grow in a disadvantaged environment that a corporate difficult to acquire key resources is a critical problem for an entrepreneurial firm. These firms usually use inadequate resources to overcome business constraints and barriers, even create a lot of valuable business strategies. In this case, we try to investigate a entertainment business to analysis how it deploy resources at hand to break resource constrains. We use bricolage theory lens to analysis and found there were three methods of resource construction: hybridizing resource, reserving resource, and syndicating resource.
