Abstract
It is inefficient thus costly in quality control with the old fashion method of try and error. This research suggests that applying Taguchi to improve the quality control with efficiency while adopting the Six Sigma for the standard measurement. Results show that Six Sigma is effective in improving the efficiency and stability of Taguchi application on quality control. A real case study is introduced to verify our proposal.
