Abstract :
A new MAC protocol for a CDMA integrated voice/data wireless system is proposed. It provides common resources dynamically shared between the voice and data traffic. Compared with the existing scheme, the proposed algorithm improves the voice performance without significantly degrading the data delay except at high voice loading conditions
