Abstract :
The design and experimental characterisation of a wireless infrared fast frequency-hopping spread-spectrum (WIR-FFHSS) system is presented. The bit rate of this prototype is 512 kbit/s, but it can be easily increased to 1 Mbit/s. It is suitable for different applications at low and medium rates
