Abstract :
In this paper, two contributions to the study of the elliptical waveguides are given: an efficient technique to obtain the modal spectrum for elliptical waveguides and the analysis of the junctions between rectangular, circular, or elliptical to elliptical waveguides. In addition to theoretical results, experimental results are also presented finding good agreement between prediction and measurement
