Abstract :
The authors propose a frequency and timing period offset estimation technique for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems, which estimates both frequency and timing period offsets at the same time by using the line-fitting method. The performance of the proposed scheme is confirmed by computer simulation for QPSK and 16-QAM signals
