Abstract :
An experiment was carried out to determine the feasibility of the theory for separating the geometric and electromagnetic parameters of a medium with a Kirchhoff rough surface model. The method by which the Kirchhoff rough surface was generated, and the preliminary experimental results, are presented. Comparisons of the experimental and calculated results with those of the stationary phase approximation are made
