Abstract
Epidemiological studies on the use of a cell phone for less than ten years showed no overall association between cell-phone use and increased risk of malignant brain tumors, according to the recently published summary report of a large international study: the INTERPHONE project. This was so with duration of use, years since first use, cumulative number of calls, or cumulative hours of use. However, brain tumors are known to have latencies longer than 10 years, and maybe as long as 30 years.
