Abstract :
A good balance between technical and nontechnical skills for better career. The ideal training schedule or procedure. Identifying the competencies (both technical and nontechnical) needed for the role a professional in work environment. Self assessment of competencies is a good practice. Then define priorities for each one depending on their importance for the role. Then a professional should create a development plan based on time and resources available. It is better to be over prepared than under prepared. There should always be an opportunity of self development.
