  • Abstract
    In this issue of EMR, we look at the role of a governing board and its impact on organizational performance. In many ways this issue is a bit of a departure from the EMR traditional focus on operational levels of engineering management. Recall that this year our themes have included "Teaching Engineering," "Modeling & Simulation," and "Leading Engineers" - an eclectic set of themes that reach out to distinctly different kinds of practitioners.
