Abstract :
Michael K. Sain passed away on September 22, 2009 of natural causes at his home in South Bend, Indiana, at the age of 72. Mike earned his doctoral degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1965. After graduation, he sought out an engineering program with Christian values, which he found at the University of Notre Dame.
