Mobile Radio and Land Transportation [From the Editor]

The theme of this issue, “Mobile Radio, Mobile Land: Research and Development Around the World,” highlights the geographic diversity of IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (VTS) members and of their impact on society. Connecting the mobile world is both our mission and our legacy. This issue features articles from the mobile radio and land transportation areas.
