Abstract :
This paper presents a dynamic method for improving the resolution in estimating edge positions. Each sharp edge is located precisely at a peak in the dynamic imagery taken by an image sensor which is swivelled with a very fine resolution. Experimental results show that the resolution is more than 10 times better than conventional methods using a single image. Its application to binocular stereo is also given
