Abstract
Temperature variation of in-plane electrical resistivity with the magnetic field applied both parallel and perpendicular to the ab-plane has been measured on a c-axis oriented superconducting thin film of NdBa 2Cu3O7-δ. The magneto-conductivity data was analyzed using Aslamazov-Larkin (AL) and Maki-Thomson (MT) model by considering both orbital and Zeeman effects. The average values of coherence lengths both along and perpendicular to the ab plane and the phase breaking time are 2.4 Å, 21 Å and 4.5×10-13 s
