Abstract
The soft magnetic properties and the stress of Co-based amorphous alloys can be varied in a wide range by changing the pressure of the sputtering gas. In this paper, the variations of the anisotropy energy of CoFeMoMnSiB thin films deposited on flexible substrate versus sputtering gas pressure are explained by a magneto-elastic model
