Abstract :
This paper mainly described that reasonable level of enterprise information technology construction can reduce the cost effectively by establishment of model. It not only analyzed the model but also described the impact of enterprise information technology level on the human resource cost, transaction cost and management cost. Finally, it analyzed of the situation of the domestic enterprise information technology construction and gave advice. It will has important theoretical and practical significance to the modern enterprise development and management of information technology.
