Abstract :
M-commerce process study has drawn lots of concerns as the rapid development of m-commerce, how to analyze and define the direction of process optimization are more important. Through three indicators - goods selection, login, filling out the consignee information, the paper calculate the shopping activities´ DIT(the Distance of Information-state Transition) on current domestic six major websites which have a larger customer base from users´ point of view, through calculation and comparison of the calculation result, making recommends for mobile commerce process and providing the strategy to improve the mobile commerce sites, the DIT theory also provides a quantitative analysis method for research on mobile commerce process.
