Smart Grid and EMC Standards

On Friday afternoon at the IEEE International Symposium on EMC in Pittsburgh, more than 40 delegates participated in a workshop and discussion session on EMC in Smart Grid. There were a number of presentations to set the scene: introducing Smart Grid, the IEEE approach to standards development and some of the key issues associated with Smart Grid and EMC, followed by a free-flowing discussion.
