Abstract
An adaptive modulation/TDMA/TDD system using bi-directional multipath fading compensation is proposed. Computer simulation shows that the proposed system achieves higher quality and higher bit rate transmission than the conventional adaptive modulation/TDMA/TDD system using pilot symbol assisted fading compensation in a frequency selective fading environment
