Abstract
The author investigates the combining of the Benveniste and Goursat (BG), Sate and decision-direct error signals with the property of the discreteness of the finite alphabetical set of the input signal. By making some modifications and finding a suitable combination, better performance (both increased convergent speed and smaller mean square error) can be achieved. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed methods
