Abstract :
A monolithic temperature insensitive InGaAsP/InP wavelength monitor has been developed for the first time. This wavelength monitor is quite small, ~12 mm×2 mm, and includes a Mach-Zehnder (MZ) interferometer and dual photodiodes (PDs). The temperature dependence of this filter is suppressed to ~0.2 Å/°C
