Abstract :
In this work, we present a technique which allows the determination of the real value of the age of a measurement (or data age), that represents the temporal difference between the instant in which the field measurement was made and the actual time. After the presentation of this technique, it is applied to a particular case of remote control through a power system´s telecommunication networks
