we\´re "turning the crank" on the IEEE AP Magazine! Seriously, a s ecial thank you to Peter Arnold for his creative visua! allegory of our transition from Newsletter to Magazine, on our cover. This is our last issue as a Newsletter. The February issue will be the first issue of the Magazine. However, it will still be your familiar friend, and we will continue the volume numbering, in recognition of our roots, and of all those volunteers who have built the foundation, over 31 years of publication, which has made this possible.
