Concordat: towards better researchers [training]

Concordat is a new scheme that is being introduced at many UK universities and which is designed to foster the personal and professional development of contract research staff. Experience of Concordat at the University of Leeds indicates that such staff gain added-value skills which should enhance their career prospects.
