Abstract
This paper looks at the application of the bubble meshing technique in 3 dimensions for the generation of tetrahedral meshes. A new method of generating the initial bubble configuration is presented and the use of a geometric neighborhood rather than a triangulation to determine the bubble adjacency during the bubble movement is investigated
