  • Abstract
It is shown that a periodic pulse train is completely restored after propagating a distance in a dispersive medium that depends on the period and the dispersion. This is a fundamental property of the parabolic differential equation that governs pulse propagation in dispersive media. This phenomenon could be applicable in photonic systems.<>
