Abstract :
Novel designs of recursive wideband digital differentiators are presented. These designs are obtained by the optimisation of magnitude response and the analysis of pole-zero plot. The beauty of these designs is that they are only of second order and have not more than 2% relative error in magnitude responses over wideband with different phase responses, thus being suitable for real-time applications.
