  • Abstract
    Regarding the article “Safer and Smarter Systems” by Locker and Scarborough in the September/October 2010 issue of IEEE Industry Applications Magazine, I´m glad to see that people are still working to improve high-resistance grounding systems and practices. Some of the issues that were left unresolved years ago seem to have been solved to the benefit of users of the systems.
