Abstract :
It has been a privilege to serve as the Editor-in- Chief of the IEEE Electron Device Letters (EDL) - a premier publication in the field of microelectronics, for the past 12 years. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the authors, editors, reviewers, and staff, and the EDS Publication Office, for their invaluable contributions which made the publication of EDL possible. I also wish the best of luck to the new Editor-in- Chief, Amitava Chatterjee. I have no doubt that this publication will continue to flourish under his leadership for years to come.
