Abstract :
New analytical formulas have been developed for evaluating the asymptotic impedance matrix of an asymmetric gap by using the integral transform method. Application of the newly derived formulas shows a dramatic improvement of the computation time for evaluating the overall impedance-matrix elements for the symmetric and asymmetric gaps while retaining the accuracy
