  • Abstract
    A double ratio bridge is described, with which it is possible to measure loss tangents from 0.001 to 10 and permittivities from 1 to 30 over frequencies extending from 10¿3 to 2×104c/s. The theoretical performance, accuracy and reasons for the choice of circuit are discussed.
