Abstract :
Owing to the small differential signals and large common mode signals expected in electrical resistance tomography, high accuracy is difficult to achieve and becomes more so with increased frequency. A way forward is to minimise the common mode voltage (CMV) at the input. A new data collection strategy is presented which is intended to minimise the effect of CMV in order to improve the overall quality of the measured data
