  • Abstract
    A new method of simulating space charge in an inverted electrolytic tank has been investigated. Once set up, the space-charge distribution is insensitive to changes in the conductivity of the electrolyte. The technique is illustrated by examples. With its aid it is also possible to use two-dimensional models to obtain three-dimensional axially symmetric fields.
