Abstract :
The fictive thermodynamic equilibrium temperature Tfi determined from thermal investigation (differential scanning calorimetry, for example) and the compensation temperature Tc introduced in thermally stimulated depolarisation current measurements are compared. A brief description is given of the experimental apparatus of TSDC measurements built in the authors´ laboratory, and the main parameters and results obtained from the two methods (DSC and TSDC) are given. An interpretation of the experimental equality observed between the experimental values of the thermodynamic equilibrium temperature T fi obtained from DSC investigations and the temperature compensation Tc introduced in TSDC measurements is proposed
