Abstract :
An improved domain-wall surface function R(m) is suggested for the static domain-wall hysteresis model proposed by Basso and Bertotti to better characterise the very soft saturation behaviour of manganese-zinc (MnZn) ferrites. The improved model is verified against experimental data for the major and minor hysteresis loops of three commercial MnZn ferrites
