Abstract :
To develop the most efficient actuators, CAE techniques of numerical analysis methods and optimizing methods are introduced. In the development, first, important factors are chosen qualitatively by the Taguchi method. Second, each value of the design parameters is determined quantitatively by the multivariate analysis method
