  • Abstract
    The authors generate amplitude noise squeezed light with both lateral and polarisation singlemode VCSELs. The lasers show 0.9 dB of squeezing for a polarisation mode suppression ratio (PMR) of >20 dB. A direct relationship is observed between the PMR and the laser noise
