  • Abstract
    A quantity which may easily be measured by digital instruments is sometimes the reciprocal of that quantity which it is desired to measure. A serial method is presented by which a number available in binary code can be converted to its reciprocal. The method is one of approximation using linear sections, and it is illustrated by outlining the design of a 2-section system.
