Abstract :
This past May I was able to attend the Industrial and Commercial Power Systems Technical Conference in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where, among other activities, I was able to participate in the various standardsmaking working group and committee meetings. Many of you will recognize that the standards I refer to are known as the IEEE Color Books. Back in the November/December issue of last year, I provided the original listing of Color Books as well as the proposed plan for the conversion to individual standards. This column will serve as an update to that original effort.
