The generalized solution for the critical conditions of the ferroresonant parallel circuit

In a recent paper “Similitude of Critical Conditions in Ferroresonant Circuits,”²⁴ a generalized solution for the critical conditions of the series circuit was given. The same type of generalized treatment when applied to the parallel circuit yields a number of interesting conclusions to supplement those found for the series circuit.
