  • Abstract
    Some basic features of the multivariable-controller design problem are outlined, and the various techniques available are examined in turn from a simple physical aspect. Particular emphasis is placed on the multiple-loop feedback system and on bringing together the time-domain and frequency-domain approaches to the problem.
