Abstract :
We just closed the second year of our Magazine with an increasing success, and our IEEE Transactions on ITS is continuously attracting a larger number of papers. Our IEEE ITS Society is continuously improving and delivering good quality scientific content to our members; nonetheless there are issues which I´d like to bring to our members´ attention, as detailed below.
