Abstract :
The recent news that CERN have spent $10bn looking for something that probably does not exist has disappointed many scientists but not those working for NFG (the NaDiR Feasibility Group). Not only does it make their own equally fruitless research-spend look like peanuts, but it has generated a whole new discipline of scientific thought within their parent body, the National Directive for Research.
