Abstract :
Fast Resource Management (FRM) has been recommended as one of the mechanisms to control ATM traffic. In this work we present a simulator to analyze the performance of FRM systems. The simulator is based on a library of queuing routines written in C language. It is flexible and can easily be upgraded to include new features. The accuracy of this simulator is verified by an analytical method.
