Abstract :
The Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering is celebrating its 20th anniversary. For twenty years now the Journal has been publishing four times a year a number of quality scientific and research papers on different aspects of electrical and computer engineering. Initially started in 1976 with the support of Tom Pavlasek of McGill University, who was President of CSEE, and George Sinclair, then Director of IEEE Region 7, and with G.W. Holbrook as editor, the Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering has had over the years as editors Ian McCausland (1979-80) and then A. N. Venatsanopoulos (1981-83 and 1988) from the University of Toronto, V. Ramachandran (1983-85) from Concordia University, V. Rajagopalan (1986-87) from Universite du Quebec a Trois-Rivieres, V.K. Bhargava (1988-92) and Wu-Sheng Lu (1990-93) from the University of Victoria.
