This paper briefly describes the special publication “Relay Performance Testing” prepared by Working Group 113 of the Relaying Practices and Consumer Interface Protection Subcommittee of the IEEE Power System Relaying Committee. The salient features of the publication descriptions are included. New terms used in the publication are described for immediate reference of the readers
