Abstract :
What is a nerd? Am I a nerd? Obviously not. Nerds are not very nice, not very interesting, generally a bad thing to be. So the term cannot possibly apply to me. The author describes the general characteristics of nerds with particular reference to their inter-personal skills. Ways of dealing with such people in the workplace is also discussed.
