  • Abstract
    A phase measurement algorithm based on Fourier analysis is presented. Its application to oscilloscope characterization is discussed, showing how a simple measurement setup can be employed to accurately analyze trigger timing and channel alignment. Experimental results are reported both to support the accuracy analysis and to provide actual data in a few practical cases
